I can use Visual boy Advance M 854 just fine it's the new Release that I can not use

This is a easy fix just download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package.

although this VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist pack requires Win2000 SP4, WinXP, Server 2003, 2008 and Vista to install. it can't be used under Win9x/ME/NT4.

so that means you'll have to run VBA build 865 (latest I know of is 874) under at least Win2k SP4 w/ KB891861 update rollup installed.
