Emulating Problems

I have two problems when I tried to emulate these two games.

-In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, when I tried to save, the game crashed.

-In Mario & Luigi: RPG 3, when I tried to start up a new file, the game crashed.

How do I fix this?

You gotta give more info.. computer specs, what emulator you are using, and what plugins you are using.. I don't even know what system those games are for... Gamecube? If so, its probably just the state of emulation. Newer systems are a lot harder to emulate and are going to take years to function properly.
