I am trying to get project 64 have a full screen 4:3 mode...Does anyone know how?

- Explain? If you alt-enter you will get full screen, the default mode is 4:3 ..... for any application, for that matter..

Just wondering, do you possibly have a 16:9 monitor. Because if you run in fullscreen it would naturally stretch the image. I believe you can turn off stretching. - Is this what you mean?

Yes that is the case...I apologize for not responding back fast, it's just I haven't checked back here for a few days.

I haven't noticed a stretch option but I will take a closer look. Maybe this option comes with the paid version? I am using 1.6.

- No, what plugin did you go with?

You can adjust the game ratio to your monitor via plugin. The bad point is you'll see some graphic glitches when using it.
