    ePSXe can. When you go into Gamepad config, there's an option at the bottom for MultiTap....course then you're going to need 4 controllers, and I'm not sure if there is a 4 way Playstation Pad converter for the PC.

    I am unable to setup 4 controller... can you please guide me?
