Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 on Nulldc

Whenever I play this game (CDI) on my Nulldc emulator, it looks okay as it boots up, but when I start playing it goes at an incredibly slow pace, and if I play for say half a minute or so, my computer screen actually goes black and after it start working again within a moment, the emulator screen is still blank but the game continues on okay.

I've seen dozen of videos online where people can play this game, My computer is quite good, and I've actually been able to play about half a dozen other DC games and they worked well (including the original Marvel vs. Capcom). Does anyone know what's wrong?

Here are my computer specs:

Windows Vista 32 bit
Ram 1 GB
Processor Inter Core Duo CPU T2450 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
