Not really and TBH it wouldn't really look very good. If you're struggling with a pixellated picture on a high res display, set your videomode to D3D from the MameUIFX default game options toolbar, enable the 'use bilinear filtering checkbox, and set it at version 9.

This will give a more authentic looking image. If you want to get a more arcade sceen like image, download the various overlays/filters from Mr Do's Mame artwork page and put them in the Mame\artwork folder, then go to the effects settings under the 'Advanced' tab and try a few out.

Well its a matter of personal taste isn't it. Those are your options, use them or not its up to you. You could try Mame Plus Plus which offers various plug-in options for things like games based on PSX hardware.

Thanks for the rude response though, now run along little troll. The reason we give detailed and specific answers isn't just for your benefit. People using the search function for solutions to things will be able to read associated threads and the more detail in them, the less likely it is they will need to create support threads of their own for things that have already been discussed.
