Do nes emulators save? I noticed that when I was playing pacman and exited, then played again, my score was gone? So do they save? I know that you "Save State" But I just want it to save in general.

Normally they only save when the original cartridge had save support. Unfortunately most original NES games did not have a save function. You can of course just save the state on the title screen when you have set a high score. In that way you can start your next game with the high score intact by loading the state.
