Plugin trouble

Im trying to play ROMs with the IdeaS emlator (for DS) but i have proble with plugins and i cant open them up... can someone help me?

Make a post over in the Nintendo forum and include which plug-ins you're using, where you've put them, what you've done so far and what errors you are getting.
