I know this is stupid......

I know this is stupid but when i searched for an answer nothing came up in google so please dont be too mean too me. i already know im a noob so yeah....here goes...... is there anyway to play Dracula X: nocturne in the moonlight that was originally for sega saturn on a DS or PSP? i have a the rom and the emulator but my computer is old and slow and i really want to play this game.....(yeah i know buy a new computer, yadayadayada....etc....)

Unfortunatelu not. Saturn emulation is relatively slow, because the Saturn has a lot of processors that have to be emulated.
The PSP and the DS are just too slow to emulate the Saturn.
