GT 2 Cheat problem

I am using Pec and it really works great with my Castlevania SOTN DISK.

I try to use also GT 2 DISK TWO which is the gran turismo mode disk but the cheat won't works.

I use VGS with both CSOTN and GT 2

Castlevania works,why GT 2 won't ?

Any way Lefteris now that you tell me this program i am enjoying a whole lot more my PSX emulation even with this little problem

Some games have more than one versions. I think GT2 is one of those games and that may cause the codes not to work.

But even Colin Mcrae 1 has the same problem doesn't load the cheats with VGS.
I never tried ePSXe or PSXeven though with the PEC,but i will never cause they run to slow for my opinion ,even my PC which has much higher requirements than that of ePSXe.

Why's that Lefteris????
