i need help no wait i need step by step instructions witch one will play timestalkers and whats the differents betwen the others and what do i need to play them

The main emulators people use are Chankast, NullDc and Demul. Results vary with each system so you would be best advised to try them out and see which one you like best.

You will need the dreamcast bios and flash bin files which we can't provide or link to from this site due to the rules for these forums.

Google should find you a reasonably up to date compatibility list for each emu. You can also search this site and via google for setup options for each of these emulators.
