Only in JAPAN and USA is for now.
I think you will have to wait for a while for the EU version.

Good for you man. It's difficult to find beatiful(i mean really beatiful games ) at these times.Most of them are ACTION/ADVENTURE packed.It's really even harder finding good RPG'S like Suikoden and Legaia2uel saga.

A very good PS2 RPG game that came out recently is Star Ocean:Till the end of time.I suggest you should play it.
Sure PS2 has less first class RPG games than PSone but there are many to come.
