NoGBA Link Different Games

Previously i would like to say that i used the search feature and looked for topics about this issue and found none. Maybe the words i used didn't match with a previous topic, anyway i'm posting to make things easier.

I was able to open two NOGBA screens, but as it says in the topic name, it's the same game. I want to trade pokémons from differente versions, what do i do to open differente versions in each of the screens?

When you open the second, do it automaticallly load the same game you are playing?
