Hi everyone, this is my first post in the forums. I had an older extra PC lying around wondering what to do with it, and I discovered emulators, so I've been going crazy. I have MAME, NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Sega Master System, Dreamcast, Atari 2600, and Future Pinball all tied together with the Maximus Arcade front end. I even cut out all the Windows loading screens, so Maximus is pretty much the first thing seen when the computer is turned on.
So things have been going pretty well until I tried loading the Nebula Model 2 emulator. As with all the other emulators, I tried loading it on my main PC first, and once I got everything working how I wanted, I loaded it on the extra PC. On the main PC, everything worked fine, but on the extra PC, I'm having graphics issues. On the static screens, everything works fine, but once motion starts, I run into problems. Since I don't really know how to explain the problems, I posted a short youtube video.
My main PC (on which model 2 runs fine) is a P4 2.4ghz, 1 GB memory, 128 MB graphics card running Windows XP. The extra PC has some sort of AMD 2ghz processer, 512 MB memory, 64 MB graphics card running Windows XP. I thought maybe this was a hardware issue, but I tried loading everything on my laptop (1.6ghz Celeron M processor, 256 MB memory, 64 MB graphics card, Windows XP) and it works fine there, so I'm thinking it's not a hardware issue. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Sorry for the long post. Thanks.
Joe
