Default ePSXe to fast (No it's not a fps limit problem)

My ePSXe runs to fast even with the fps limit on. It says it's running at 60 fps, but it's more like 200. However, when I turn one of my cores off it runs perfectly, but I have to go in and turn one of the cores off every time I go to play. Anyone know of a way to run ePSXe with only one core permanently?

its prosessador automatically so should already be using one of the core because the emulator psx acts as his own video game so he has a core you have to see if the FPS limit FRAMERATE and 60.0 in this part of the configuration of the video plug-leave only the options LIMIT USE FPS and auto-detect FPS related and do not forget to leave the limit of 60.0 fps

I have no idea what you just said, but I fixed it myself. I needed to get the DCO.
