EPSXE Error Message

Today I felt like leveling a bit in FF9 to kill the time and I got this error message

Window's No Disk
Exception Processing Message 0xc00000013 Parameters 0x75c29a0 0x00000004 0x75c29a0 0x75c29a0

It's intresting because earlier in the day was working fine..I tried loading up other ISO's and got same message..Help

Am I missing something here?

It's possible no one knows how to help you. They may not have seen the error message before, and also you might get a better response if you list your PC config, as well as the emulator and plugins you are using plus their config/settings.

Looks like some kind of disk read error though, windows can't find the disk its supposed to be reading off of? Do you not have something connected, or remove something lately? tweak your windows settings in any way?
