Zelda Phantom Hourglass settings ds?

Hi im playing ZPHG but i cant get more than 64 fps ingame..

Specs on pc

Quadcore Q6600 and 2 gb ddr3 ram

Any clues?

Got it working now.. but the music is so freakin scratchy! What can u do about that ?

There's gonna be problems, none of the DS emus are working flawlessly yet. Sometimes I get scratchy sound too, you just gotta deal with it.
