You know the cheat function on ePSXe isn't regular cheats right? It's more like patches to make specific games run more smoothly.
now, I haven't tinkered around with it myself so I'm not too sure about this, but I think the "cheat" (why don't they call it 'patch'??) is supposed to load automatically when you run the game.
