I just downloaded the Project64 emulator and I have no idea how to get games on it. So uhhh, little help? heh.

Google is your friend.

You need something called "Nintendo 64 ROMs" to play games.

Assuming you do have them (would be awfully sad if you didn't), you just open up Project64


1) Go to File Menu
2) Click on Open ROM
3) Choose your game

Now, the controls can be configured as well.
