[vbalink/pokemon] Pressing 'A' switches items instead of selecting them

Hi,

I'm using VBA link 1.7.2 to start a game of pokemon and this funny problem keeps occurring. Mostly, when I try to withdraw items from the computer or use items in my bag, I press "A", but instead of selecting it to use it, it only gives me the option to switch it around with other items in the list. Other times this occurs when I'm trying to select an attack. Instead of executing the attack, it only allows me to switch the order of the attack with another one on the list. This same problem seems to occur regardless if I'm trying to play ruby/sapphire/firered/silver/etc. so I can only guess it's a problem with the emulator joypad.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

Never mind. I think I got it. Putting everything in the same folder seemed to have solved the problem.
