How can I speed up smackdown vs raw 2008 in pcsx2

Hi Dear, I want to share my problem with all of you. I have all versions of pcsx2. Like pcsx2 0.9.1, pcsx2 0.9.2, pcsx2 0.9.4, pcsx2 0.9.5 svnpc377. I want to play the only game in these pcsx2 is, PS2 game Smackdown vs Raw. I have two versions of this game 2007 and 2008. Both games are running on my PC but the speed of the game and sound is too bad.
I have tried all the configuration which shows in any helping website for pcsx2 but nothing happend. I have the configuration of my PC is Pentium 4with 2.76 GHz, Windows XP SP2, Nvidia geforce8500GT of 1024MB memory, 1536MB of RAM, Direct X 9 which is updated and all the bios and plugins which are required for the pcsx2.
When I try the graphic configuation with Zero GS KOSMOS the game little bit speed up but the graphics quality is very poor and when I change the cofiguration to Gsdx (Msvc 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.8 then the graphics quality is best but the speed is too slow like slow motion. Other thing is sound I configured all plugin but the sound is also like in slow motion.
Please, can any body tell me the process to speed up the game and sound and the best configuration for pcsx2 for play the Smackdown vs Raw 2007 & 2008.

P4 is not dual core, is it? You can forget about playing at decent speeds without one. A dual core processor is far more important than memory or graphics card when it comes to PS2 emulation.

I have the same problem ,but maybe some1 has the same specs and it runs smooth :

2.21 GHz
2 gb ddr2 800 ram
8600 Gt 256 DDr3
