Didn't find that function in Zsnes, Snes9X or Bsnes. So that might narrow your search a bit.

If you don't find any emu that does it maybe you could use the movie-feature in Zsnes and extract the sound from the movie?

    - Get ZSNES
    - Load the ROM and get to the point you want to rip the music from
    - Press F1 and choose 'Save SPC data'
    - Done

Check your Zsnes directory or your ROM directory. It isn't that hard to do a search for '*.spc' on your PC.
Before you ask, here's how to convert them to .wav for burning:
    - Get the SNES Plugin for WINAMP (www.winamp.com) and a Wav - Mp3 Converter (i.e MusicMatch Jukebox or other)
    - Go to your favorite emulator/game and save the SPC
    - In Winamp Press Ctrl + P (preferences) and go to Plugins/Ouput. Select Nullsoft Disk Writer (Configure it !!!)
    - Play the SPC song (You shouldn't hear anything and the track is playing too fast)
    - Change the Plugins/Ouput to your default (Or any song that you play will be converted to Wav)
