I am currently trying to play ePSXe without a joypad and the emu will not let me configure my keyboard layout, nor will it let me even see which keys corrospond to each button, please, somebody, HELP ME! Thank you.

Get a new controller plugin. Also make sure your controller drivers are working properly.

I suggest getting a Logitech Chillstream. It's the closest thing to a 360 controller.
