My PCSX2 Working too slow

After I installed my flash memory drive, I've run the program, and i press run CD/DVD. but this graphics working too slow on pcsx2, I can't choose because of the graphics error on the program that Zero GS graphics error, GDsx graphics running too slow, how can i find new graphics plugins?
