This veresion of zsnes is the only one that gives me a correct aspect ratio and at the same time filling all the screen.
The problem is it doesn't have sound. Is this a problem with me or anyone experiences the same problem with this wip?

Since the end of last year there isn't any sound support in ZSNES SVN's. Either you got hold of an old SVN or there isn't any new updates yet.
SVN's really are for testing purposes and bughunting. However, I'm not even sure it's publicly released yet, in that case it's just for developers to tinker around with...
I think you'll just have to wait until it is publicly released or use the previous version.
Well I *think* I have the last svn. It's dated april 01 2008. I heard that was the last, but I may be wrong. Also, I heard they were not developing it anymore? is it true?
The reason I think this build I have must have sound support is because it's a very popular build, that don't have the glitch on Super Mario RPG. But I may be wrong. I only want to use this build because it fixes the aspect ratio for me.
I don't think the project is dead but there hasn't been much activity outwards in a while. The latest life-signs I've found is from December last year or possibly the beginning of 2008. That would be accurate if your date in april is correct.
How do you know it's popular? A high download count doesn't really say anything.
Anyway, looking through the official forum I found a few threads where people asked why the sound wasn't working. So it could very well be that sound still isn't working. I can see no other reason why it doesn't work for you when the last version did.
So, my guess is: Forget the sound or forget your aspect ratio. Or google around a bit to see if you can find out something more. Posting on the official forum is an idea too.
Believe me, I did all this and didn't find anything relevant. That's why I resolved to post in a forum. I think this build is popular not because of the download count, but because it's the only one used by super mario rpgs fans that don't want to experience one glitch that plagued the official 1.51 version. And if they had sound problems they would mention this, wouldn't they?
The build that I have is from here: http://www.ipherswipsite.com/
Could you verify if you have this sound problem? ti
oh i forgot to add: i didn't post on the official forum because the guy who asked this question was told to get out, you are too stupid to use svn, and had his thread locked.

Strange, I did all that too and found all the info I've given you so far...
Anyway, I tried the build (4538) from the link you provided (I only use Snes9X myself) and it did have sound so they must have added it back. Make sure the Enable Sound is checked under the sound configuration. And that the volume is turned up in the same menu.
actually, Quaquor and retroguiden, there were three SVN builds of ZSNES 1.52 dated 4/1/2008; build 4538, 5124 and 5192 listed at the ipher WIP page. And I have tested them all.
Only build 4538 is the one that does produce sound. Sound support was "broken" in builds 5124 and 5192 (hence no sound being made when playing games, even with the sound options enabled & volume turned up adequately) so don't use those versions.
How to determine the build being used?
build 4538 is dated 4/1/2008 and 3777024 bytes in size
build 5124 is dated 4/1/2008 and 3341312 bytes in size
build 5192 is dated 4/1/2008 and 3380736 bytes in size
Hope this helps your situation.
