how to reconfigure joystick

I have a xgaming dual joystick and the emulator program I have installed wont let me rename the joystick controls. Anybody know how to get the xgaming to rename the keys? Or anybody live near appleton wisconsin I can pay to fix this?

few tips..

1) post in relieve forms. in this case general gaming.

2) dont ask anyone to come to your home? come now.. Have you hear of VNC ( not that I'd recommend that ether, but its a better option)?


3) If you actually find someone willing to go to your home that you mean on a forum, i'd be worried about anything you hold dear.

4) if xgaming is the joystick, then what is the emu? If its mame just hit escape and reconfigure under the joystick config menu.
