Top Gear overdrive for 64

I need to know how to get this runniung I have PJ64, 1964, Daedalus...
Not sure why the closest i got to getting it to run the game to the start screen is the overdrive title page.

It asks me to turn off control deck, connect controller to controller socket #1, Turn on Control Deck.

Any one familiar with this stage ? and how do I get to play the game?

I only use PJ64 so I can only talk about that emulator. But I haven't been able to recreate your particular error. For me it freezes up before the title screen on PJ64 1.6. I tried a 1.7 version and actually got it playable there but not without graphical error and stuttering background music.

Do you get this error message in all your emus?
What plugins are you using?

To me this would first and foremost suggest that there's something wrong with either your pad or your controller plugin (or both in combination) when playing this particular game. But it could also be something else.
Try another controller plugin. I used N-Rage input plugin V2.

I tried the plugin and it gave me the same message. It is only with this game I play 007 and 1080 with little problems.

All configs with this game...not sure why.
All other games work.

Try another rom. It may be a bad dump.
