Pokemon FireRed gba (question)

Hey i would like to know if there is anyone who caught almost everything in pokemon firered like: Lugia, Ho-oh, Entei, Suicune, Raikou or maybe even Mew... I caught Deoxys with code to get to island 9, but i cant get to lugia or hooh that island is kinda bugged i think... and also do u know any way to get metal coat so i can get scizor and steelix... If u got these pokemons i would like to get ur "save" so i can trade some pokemons :/ because this is really annoying me... I beg u if u got these pokemons send me ur save file
