Hello everyone, I'm completely new to the whole psp cfw & I need your help.

Im using a phat psp running on cfw 4.01 M33-2 and have downloaded Dgen 1.70 Lite since I love my Sega games. I'm trying to use the AD HOC feature so that I could play against my bro who is also using a phat psp running on the same cfw as me.
I followed the instructions on linking them up but it does not connect.

Can someone please guide me on what's required for me to enable this? or is it because of the cfw im running on?
