Nesticle & MAME for DOS

Hello folks!

I got a question...
I use MAME on my arcade machine, and nesticle for nintendo games.
In dos mode, MAME only displays filenames up to 8 charakters.
Is it possible, to attach a file wich contains the original names of the games?

if in DOS mode try using special characters in DOS like ? etc i don't remember all of them to replace some letters.

~1 or ~2 and so on...You may better be using Advance MAME for using MAME in an arcade machine.

Advance Mame...never heard of it :-)
I'll give it a try.

btw. i made a mistake in my question...
of course not MAME displays the nintendo games, i'm using ARCADEOS for both emulators, nesticle and mame.
