1. A million spare hours to waste sitting at your computer.
2. 10/12 years experience with C++
3. A complete understand of how the NES works.
4. Notepad
5. Caffeine
6. A computer

hmmm, got plenty of time, only got like 2 years worth of practice of c++, hmmm, bad idea?
