PJ64 Cheats won't stop when un-checked

I am playing Zelda, Majoras Mask on PJ64v1.5.
The problem I am having is that when I check a box in the cheats (walk through walls, bottles, masks...) the cheat doesn't stop working after I un-check the box.
The only cheat I can turn on and off is the "Levitate with R button" cheat.
I've tried resetting the game to see if would return to normal and it didn't.
The biggest inconvenience is that I don't stop when I hit walls and I can't push blocks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, i find that playing majoras mask on Project64 is really bad, i would try using cheats on 1964. they seem to work the best. and since majoras mask is a complicated rom, it doesnt work too well on PJ64.

Yeah, you don't want to "use" nor "save" with that cheat - I learned the hard way. It's a glitch that's not mentioned... Best yet: should be "removed" from the cheat list all together.

Have you tried "warping" to the owl statues - after turning the code off that is? Maybe resetting the walking thru walls deal...?
