Yes the game doesn't work properly.
That screen is installed in mame to display when a game isn't properly emulated. There's nothing wrong with your rom, mame is just telling you that its not fully supported yet. Some work better than others, some don't work at all.
However in the case of MvsC it is reported as working ok in new builds of mame. What version of mame are you using?.

Thanks F.T. but I decided to download the kawaks emulator to run it and it WORKED, I really appreciate your help though.
