The error is "This application has failed to start because zlib.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I have tried re-installing several times now

Re installing will not solve your problem ,but downloading zlib.dll and putting it in the emulator directory ,for sure will. You can download it here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?zlib
If this doesn't work either ,then uninstall the emulator (not the file you just downloaded) and install it again.

What was I thinking, i can watch BLU RAY with my PS3, and the game prices has dropped significantly,so i am happy again with my PS3!
