Is it Possible to get emulated Sega & Nintendo games working on the PS2 or PS3?

Maybe by burning it onto a DVD for PS2 or copied onto the harddrive for PS3? The games for the Sega Master System, Genesis and Game Gear as well as for the NES, Super Nintendo and N64 don't take nearly as much space as modern games.

If so, how would it work as far as the controller, and would it be possible to implement the game genie feature. How would i go about implementing the game selection and could the layout and theme be customized as well?

Your best bet is to stick with playing emulated games on your PC.
