fire red pokemon tower problem

something is wrong with my pokemon fireRed at the pokemon tower, im using the No$GBA emulator...

I had this problem too, when I played pokemon emerald and others, when there is mist or underwater. I hed no problems when I played on vba.

you can try using VBA with the same save as no$gba(copy the game and the .sav into a new folder) to see if it's better. I didn't have any problems playing fired completely with VBA.
