Not the best Castlevania game, considering it has mediocre graphics and animation, but overall, it's a great game.

Yeah, there's a video store around my parts that once had SNES and N64 rentals while also letting you rent the consol, but since they went "hip" - there's no more old-schooling around my neighborhood... AH, Blast them! LOL

As for Castlevania 64, it was pretty interesting, I mean it's the first 3D of the line, though a weak storyline, but fun game play. If you have a N64, probably one to add to the collection, either it's "official" nor "emulation". Didn't care for it's remake "Legacy of Darkness" though, taking the original was better...

i know right? i went to a whole lot of video game stores, but most of them no longer rented out some of the old games, and yeah, i just rented Castlevania, so far its pretty good.
