Speed problem in Virtual Boy Advanced

I'm trying to play Pokemon Silver, but I'm having a speed problem.

When I use the speed key, the game speeds up to alternating speeds between 1500% to 5000%.

I have the synchronizing option ticced, throttle off, no frame skipping, and obviously I'm going for speed. I've checked with other people using this emulator and theirs are running at anywhere from 150% to 500%. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way I can slow this down to a manageable speed? I can't figure that part out, but I find this game too slow to be played at a normal pace.

Go to the options and change speed for 25% or try modify speed.If not have working change for one GBC emulator not one GBA emu that play GBC.
