Whenever I try to run the Dolwin GameCube emulator, I get an error message, even when I run the game that is preinstalled with dolwin when you download it! WHATS WRONG???
what error message?
Please tell me you dont me this
![]()
No, at the top it says "Exception during emulation run-flow!"
Then below that in the message box it says "Gekko CPU Registers:
r0: 0000000000
sp: 0000000000
sd2: 0000000000
r3: 0000000000
r4: 0000000000
r5:0000000000
r6: 000000000" and the "r(number): 000000000" keeps going up until it is
"r31:000000000" and then it stops
that error makes no sense... what does it mean??
are you using dsp in normal mode?
If so clear your reg settings. Then under the emulator settings try these..
-CPU core = Interpreter
-Memory Code = Simple translation
-Counter Factor = 4
-Counter Delay = 2
-Hardware Bailout = 1
-check MMX/SSE if you want
under the GCN hardware :
-select 0x00000003 , latest prodution board
-leave unchecked all the other options
under GCN HLE:
-check Highlevel geometry library (MTX)
-check DSP Fake mode
-leave everything else unchanged
3rd : take the Dolphin's video plugin
MacBook Pro 13" with a Retina October 2014 (Purchased on March 28, 2015) - macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
iPhone 6+ - iOS 10.1.1
EMU: SDL MAME - SNES9X - FCEUX - Gens32 - No$gba - DeSmuME - ePSXe - SSF - NeoPop - OSwan - Mupen64Plus - PCSX2 - Dolphin
True good point, if you're looking to play games this is the wrong emulator. But if your looking to help it grow and support a great emulator that may have a promising future then please keep beta'ing..
