Default ePSXe: Unable to locate component

This is the error I have gotten for the past 15 minutes after I restarted my computer.

ePSXe.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because zlib1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit: I've also had ePSXe for around a week if not longer, and had no problems at all with it. It was acting up so I closed it, and restarted my computer, now I get the error. Even re-installing it I get the same error.
