Newbie question- .bin file

Hi everyone
As the title says I am utterly new to the emulation stuff- I have a cd which when popped into my puter says NES_DISC and in the Rom folder are about 300 .bin files. Could some here kindly take the time to tell me how I can get those things working please?As far as I can see the cd doesnt have an emulator software bundled with it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you sir, for the link but unfortunately my files dont seem to be working.Perhaps .bin files are not really NES files?
