FFVII patch help

Ok well first off i have an emulator(ePSXe) and all emulator plug ins and all of that works perfect and the game runs perfect no problem there, but i found these patches here http://fem1.uniag.sk/Miroslav.Jezik/ff7ncopam.html and i wanted to use some of them but the problem is don't know how to extract the FFVII files i have (there are only 2 files per disc, a .bin file apx. 729MB and a .cue) what do i need to do in order to extract or open up the .bin file so i can add patches to it? if someone could please help me that would be bonza

ok i got all of the patches to work but the 5.b and the 2nd one. game looks pretty good, but yeah figured out that this is for the eidos pc version... magic iso helped to open it up so i could put a few patches in the data/field but yeah cant do the good ones with out the exe pc version i may get the 5b figured out by doing an lgp switch let you guys know if i do cause the game will look sweet then.
