A ROM is a ROM is a ROM.
It doesn't matter whether it comes in a ZIP, RAR, 7z, has a .ROM extension, .NES .SNES .N64 - whatever the case.
A ROM is, game program data. Period. This really shouldn't be hard to understand.
So, now you know. If it's a game, a BIOS file, or it is otherwise copyrighted - don't ask for it.
