I`ve try download the same rom from 3 places and still it says I`m missing a rom epr19739.ic8. So its that some ind of bios I need to play it or is the game just unplayable?

You need the Sega STV bios file (based on Saturn Hardware) it works in mame but the emulation is far from complete so it won't run particularly well.

Don't bother try it because it is not complete yet. Please wait in the future or play virtua fighter kids sega saturn iso on SSF emulator.
