Trading between Pokemon Fr/Lg/R/S/E in VBA?

I got VBA 1.8.0 beta3 and VBA Link; I want to use its trading feature to trade Pokemons between Pokemon FireRed, LeafGreen and also Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald versions.
I believe I gotta complete some FireRed quests before I can trade with R/S/E, but how do I trade with a LeafGreen?

Also is it possible to enter the Pokemon Wireless Club Union using VBA Link?

How must I configuire VBA Link to achieve it?
Please tell me how if anybody knows the answer. Thanks in advance.

Fire red and Leaf green are the same, the only difference is some different pokemon....I don't think it's possible to enter the wireless club with vba, you can try searching in google for a better answer.
