Mame-X won't play "Run & Gun" and M.V.P.

Hello,

My Box has Mame-X .61 I think. I uploaded Run & Gun and MVP to the Roms folder and it's not showing when I power on and open the Roms.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Mame-X .61 is really old. Try using mameox instead.

well first of all mvp wont run on any version of xbox mame as it has fdb encyption.fdb encryption wasnt solved until mame0.88 and xbox mame is 0.84

for run and gun to work you have 2 choices use mameox0.72 or a newer version like mameox128plus or mamedox coinops.
if you use mameox128plus or mamedox coinops then you will have to turn off the sound to play the game,if you leave sound on it the gameplay becomes very choppy.
mameox0.72 has a speedhack which gives you sound and also keeps the gameplay without any glitches.mameox0.72 is recommend for mortal kombat1,2,3 and ultimate mortal kombat3,narc,rampage world tour,run and gun.these games i have mentioned become glitchy after 0.72.
