Converting DVD problem ?

I am trying to convert a DVD to PSP MP4 format , because i want to see it in my PSP , but when i Convert a DVD using Total Video Converter , i can see a lot of .IFO files ,and converting each one of them is not what i meant , how can i convert all these .IFO files to a single .MP4 file ? What program do you suggest for doing that, (i don't care if it is commercial and with license) ?
