VBA corrupt save file, please help!

I was playing pokemon ruby and I was screwing around with gameshark codes. everytime I saved the game it told me that the save file was corrupt and it would load a previous save. Once I was bored with codes, I erased my game and restarted the game with no codes. Now, everytime I load my new game it still tells me that the save file is corrupt. Not knowing what to do, I deleted VBA and my rom from my computer and redownloaded them. It still says this everytime I load my game! I have not used any gameshark codes. In fact, codes have been disable from the time I started my new game! any suggestions?

Is this saved from the game itself or a vba save?

Search in the web for help. I know you wanna but I thing you delete the game save come with rom you make another save data.Use Nogba emulator for make this.
