ok, one day i decided to test out an old n64 emulator called apollo, made in 2000, and i gave it some new plugins, like jabo's video and sound, and the hacktorix rsp plugin. it runs roms almost perfectly except for one thing: it runs way too fast! its goin like 200 fps. anyone know how to limit this?
