I'm running Chrono Cross on ePSXeCutor 1.0.6.3 w/ Delta2 V2.01

Everything is going well, but I'm almost half way through the game and I know there is a disk change coming up, but I don't know how that works on an Emulator (I'm currently using an ISO but I have the physical disks as well).
I've searched all over and I can't figure out how it's going to work...

For those unfamiliar w/ Chrono Cross, the disk change is prompted w/o a simultaneous save prompt.
